From a design concept we can produce CAD drawings of a bespoke product to meet your requirements. With over 10 years experience in vacuum forming, laser cutting and fabrication we are confident we can produce drawings and samples that will reflect what you are looking for.

We can produce plastic vacuum formings up to 2 x 1 metres with a thickness of up to 10mm, in any extruded material, from any Pantone colour swatch. Since the vacuum forming process uses low pressures, moulds can be made of inexpensive materials and fabrication time can be reasonably short.

Laser cutting is fast, efficient and accurate and produces clean sharp edges. Whether it’s a complex pattern or simple shape, laser cutting it is ideal for small or larger production runs and can easily cut Acrylics, Petg and Polypropylene.

Whether it’s a bespoke designed plastic bin to hold food products using food safe materials or plastic holders die-cut to size and heat fabricated to its finished size all of the products we produce have the capability to be attached to a printed board or display unit. This unique service allows us to work with our clients to design a workable, cost efficient and great looking display printed on different substrates.
